The book presents an analysis of the legal situation of an energy company dealing with the production and sale of electricity, aimed at determining the limits and scope of interference by public authorities and other entities in the sphere of economic freedom of this company, including freedom of contract. The author undertakes a classification and legal analysis of energy contracts concluded between energy companies as well as between them and their customers. The publication is an updated and slightly modified version of the author’s doctoral dissertation, defended with distinction.
